Book sessions between sets, not after them
Trainers lose bookings when a prospective client messages at 6am and gets a reply at lunchtime. With an OpenSlot booking page, they see your free slots and book there and then.
Set the sessions you sell, each with its own length and price, and the hours you train. Clients choose a slot that suits them and get a confirmation straight away.

Paid before they turn up
Late cancellations are the biggest leak in a PT diary. On Solo you can take full payment or a deposit at booking, straight into your own Stripe account, with no commission to OpenSlot.
Automatic reminders go out before each session. Clients can cancel through their link until the notice period you set, and after that they have to contact you directly.
For independent trainers and small studios
Solo is £12 a month for one trainer, with unlimited session types and bookings. A small studio with up to five coaches can use Team at £29 a month, each coach with their own hours.
OpenSlot handles one-to-one and small-group appointments booked into a time slot. It does not run class timetables with per-class capacity or memberships.
Can I charge for PT sessions when clients book?
Yes, on Solo and Team. Connect your own Stripe account and set each session to take a deposit or the full price.
Can I train clients at different locations?
Yes. Each session type can be at your premises, online or at the customer's location, with its own location details.
Can I add travel time between home visits?
Yes. Add a buffer before or after the session and OpenSlot keeps that time free.
Does OpenSlot handle group classes?
OpenSlot books individual appointment slots. It is not a class timetable system with capacity limits or memberships.
