Seasonal vaccinations and private services can turn the phone into a full-time job. A booking page lets patients pick an appointment themselves at any hour, and your team sees a clear list of who is coming in.
Each service has its own length, price and preparation notes, so a travel consultation and a flu vaccination block the right amount of time.

Booking data only
OpenSlot handles appointments, not clinical records. The booking form collects a name, email, phone number and an optional message. Consultation records stay in your clinical system.
Your booking terms, for example what to bring and how to cancel, are accepted before each booking is confirmed. Automatic reminder emails reduce missed appointments, and patients can cancel through their link until the notice period you choose.
Paid private services
For private services you can take a deposit or full payment when the patient books, on the Solo and Team plans. Payments go to your own Stripe account and OpenSlot takes no commission.

Can patients book without an account?
Yes. Patients choose a service and time, then enter their name and contact details. They receive a confirmation email with a link to view or cancel.
Does OpenSlot store clinical information?
No. OpenSlot is an appointment system and never asks for clinical information. Keep consultation records in your clinical system.
Can different pharmacists offer different services?
Yes. Each team member has their own working hours, and services are booked with the people who provide them.
Can we take payment for private services?
Yes, on Solo and Team, through your own connected Stripe account.
